These riser screws are used to mount Modular Clamping Modules (CP150, CP151, CP152 series) to the base plate or can be installed on a workpiece. Using the riser screw, the workpiece can be raised to avoid tool interference with the clamping module. No locating function. Riser part is removeable. The body is made the quenched and tempered 4135 steel with a black oxide finish. The removeable riser is made from 1045 steel, precision ground, with a black oxide finish.
