Registration

Registration on the website is only required if you are placing an order. Access to technical information and downloads are available without registration.

Shipping

• Shipping methods: A variety of shipping methods and carriers are available. Normal shipment is UPS - FOB Fraser Michigan unless otherwise noted. Most orders received by mid-day ship the same day.
• Drop Shipping: There is no additional charge for drop shipments.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Special charges and guidelines apply to shipment outside the United States. Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and duties on international shipments. Purchaser is responsible for requesting insurance on each shipment, if desired. The cost of insurance would be added to the invoice.
• Backorders: Backordered parts are always given a high priority and will ship as soon as they become available. We will hold and ship the order complete unless directed to ship a partial order. (Additional shipping charges would apply for each shipment.)

Blanket Purchase Orders

Fixtureworks offers pricing discounts based on order quantity breaks. Pricing for blanket purchase orders is based on the total order quantity. In the event that remaining blanket order release quantities are cancelled and the new total order quantity falls into a different pricing break, the unit price on products already shipped will require proper adjustment. All outstanding order quantities will ship complete 6 months from the date of order unless specified otherwise on the Fixtureworks sales order.

"Why has my credit card been overcharged immediately after placing my Fixtureworks order?"

This amount has not been charged to your card, it has only been authorized to cover shipping. Shipping charges are based on weight and are applied when the order is being packed and weighed for shipment. At that time, the pending charge is adjusted before posting to your account.

Billing and Payment Terms

Fixtureworks payment terms are net 30 days on approved open account from date of invoice. In addition to open accounts, we accept C.O.D. and most major credit and procurement cards.

Custom Products

Some product may be modified to meet your exact specifications. Please inquire for pricing. Once a custom made product is in process it may not be cancelled or returned.

Legal

The terms of sale for purchases shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan as applied to contracts made and to be performed in Michigan. Any action arising out of such purchases must be brought in courts in Michigan. Purchasers consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Michigan and to service of process by registered mail, return receipt requested, or by other manner proved by law.

Entire Agreement

By placement of an order or by acceptance of goods ordered, buyer signifies agreement that no terms, conditions or warranties other than those stated here, and no agreement or understanding, oral or written, in any way purporting to modify these terms, conditions and or warranties, whether contained in buyer's purchase order or elsewhere, shall be binding on Fixtureworks.
