This space-saving push clamp is activated by an easy turn of the handle. By turning the handle the balls are pushed out by the tapered surface, providing a rigid side push and fast accurate clamping. The clamping force is constant with mechanical positive locking and spring force. The handle has a "click" feel at the clamping end point, preventing workpiece damage due to overtightening. Indication lines on the handle and body align to clearly show when the clamp is locked or unlocked. An indication line on the handle and body provides a clear indication of the clamping and unclamping positions. A gripper or a screw can be attached to the threaded hole on the piston (sold separately). Body and piston are made from electroless nickle-plated 1045 steel. The piston is quenched and tempered. The cam cylinder is made from electroless nickle-plated 4135 steel. The handle is made from stainless steel.
