These spring loaded hand retractable plungers are used to prevent any change in locking position due to lateral force. Pulling up on the handle retracts the plunger pin into the body. The body and plunger are made from stainless steel with a natural finish. The pin plunger pin is ground but not hardened. Supplied with a stainless steel jam nut. Screw-in washers to install the plungers are available separately. The knob is made from black plastic.
